Dr. Radomski serves as the Director of Ultrasound Services for the Department of Emergency Medicine. His academic interests focus on ultrasound in medical education and the use of ultrasound in the critically ill patient.  He coordinates and directs multiple courses for attending physicians, residents, medical students, APPS and nurses, including lecture and hands-on ultrasound training.  He also directs an Emergency Medicine Ultrasound Fellowship at UPMC.  In addition, Dr. Radomski is the Associate Chief of Emergency Services at UPMC Shadyside and is involved in the administrative functions of the department.
